All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: May take up to 6–7 business days

🌍 International Shipping (GCC & Other Countries)

  • Delivery Time: 5–10 business days depending on the destination

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above AED 150

  • Orders below AED 150: Standard shipping fee applies (calculated at checkout)

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE.

  • COD Fee: AED 10 (if applicable)

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

⚠️ Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Shopfusionstore is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will always assist you in tracking your order.

❌ Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

The courier may attempt delivery again. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or missing item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and order details

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

🌐 Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to certain restricted locations. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
